Information regarding exams:

• General information for all exams:

  When purchasing an exam, you will receive a voucher, which can be redeemed with our external exam provider.

  Every voucher is valid for 12 months only. Prolonging this deadline is only possible in urgent cases. For every prolonging we charge an administration fee of 50,- EUROs.

• when booking with a live seminar (online and in-person):

  If you book an exam together with a live seminar, you will receive an access link with a voucher number from us or from the examination institute via email during the course. With this link, you can schedule your individual exam date (time and whether it's online or in person) directly with the examination institute. More detailed information will be provided in a separate email.

• when booking with e-learning courses:

  If you book an exam together with an e-learning course, please inform us at trainings•@•software-quality-academy.com when you are ready for the exam. You will receive an access link with a voucher number from us or from the examination institute via email. With this link, you can schedule your individual exam date directly with the examination institute.

• when booking a stand-alone exam:

  Furthermore, we offer the option to book an exam independently if you decide on the exam later or have previously taken a course elsewhere. After purchase, you will receive an invoice via email from us. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive an access link with a voucher number from us or from the examination institute via email. With this link, you can schedule your individual exam date directly with the examination institute.

Technical requirements:

• an undisturbed workspace
• a computer with a webcam (web-based video transmission must be allowed)
• a second, movable camera in case of an ISTQB exam (e.g. via mobile phone)
• microphone
• a stable broadband connection
• either Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Opera Browser (no software installation required)
• identification document
• (if applicable, student ID when booking with student discount)
